JOB DESCRIPTION
RecruitMnt66 at the request of one of its customers, is looking for an Avionic Engineer / Technician experienced with helicopters with the following profile:
- Position: Avionic Engineer / Technician
- Location: Germany – on-site
- Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week. Flexible scheduling Monday–Sunday, depending on workload, with at least half a day off per week. Opportunities for additional hours available, up to approximately 65 hours/week.
- Start Date: ASAP / TBC
- Duration: Short-term initially, with the possibility to continue long term. Permanent employment may also be possible.
- Trial Period: Initial 1–2 week trial period, after which both sides decide whether to continue.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation for 2–3 people provided on-site.
- Travel: Initial arrival, trial-period travel and final departure covered by the client. Personal travel home during the assignment is not covered. Travel reimbursement is limited to European origins.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong hands-on experience in avionics troubleshooting.
- Experience with manufacturing, repair and troubleshooting of aircraft harnesses.
- Previous helicopter maintenance experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Bell helicopters is a strong advantage, particularly Bell 407, Jet Ranger/206 or Bell 412.
- An EASA Part-66/B2 licence is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates without a licence may be considered based on their technical experience and demonstrated skills.
- Good technical English is required for effective day-to-day communication within the team.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small, international team.
- Reliable and professional approach to work.
- Candidates must be able to provide supporting documentation, including training certificates, course records, employer recommendations and licences where applicable.
- Candidates must have the appropriate right to work / contractor status for Germany.
- Health Insurance mandatory.
- Right to live and work in EU (WE DO NOT PROVIDE VISAS)

- Up to 65 paid hours per week, depending on project requirements, with working hours distributed over up to 6.5 days.

- Support with the search for an apartment or house if a long-term employment/contractual arrangement is established.
