Our aim is to help our national comrades to be introduced into this freelancing scheme, and act as a link between them and you, the end client, to achieve the best results.

AS A COMPANY / MRO, WE HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CONTRACTORS. WHAT MAKES ME THINK THAT WITH YOU IT WILL BE DIFFERENT?
We work, to the extent possible, with candidates we already know and with whom we have already personally worked in the past.
For those new candidates we don’t know, we will make sure we get enough information, references and recommendations to guarantee the best service.
We will also ensure that the candidate is up to date with his/her licenses, recent experience and more.
No other agency will understand better than us how important it is to find the right candidate.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through the timesheet sent by the candidate, upon client’s approval, we will issue an invoice for the service, based on the hours of work performed.
ARE YOU A PART 145 ORGANIZATION?
Our core business is the selection and hiring of qualified personnel. In order for said personnel to exercise all the privileges of their license, the client must authorize them under their own Part 145 organization.
It is an essential requirement that the client provide the candidate with initial training for their MOE, and once they have passed this, they must be included in the list of certifying personnel.
WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE?
RecruitMnt66 is a project that was born during the Covid-19 pandemic, and is based purely and genuinely on telework. That is, we do not have physical offices (at least for the moment).
In addition, the company itself is formed and directed by Licensed Engineers, who in turn are also scattered working for their respective clients. We are active contractors, for further clarification.
We may not be perfect, but does someone who sits all day in an office give you more confidence?
WHO IS “BEHIND THE SCENES”?
Recruitmnt66 is run by teams of freelance engineers, well organized in pyramid-like structure. Since those engineers are all having their own jobs, the project is intended to be a “part-time” job, thus being run during their spare time.
We seem to have found the right formula to achieve the highest efficiency out of our spare time. In addition, our technical background plays an important advantage when attending both our clients and candidates.
